Ned has three sisters, he is the sibling that is a little bit behind in getting his life on track. He is easily tricked and takes everyone at face value, looking for the good in everyone and everything, putting him at a disadvantage.
He ends up trying to sell pot to the police, landing him in jail.

When he gets out of jail, he heads home to his girlfriend, Janet. She kicks him out to the street & takes on ownership of his dog, Willie Nelson. With nowhere to go and no job, Ned's reluctant sisters are taking him in.
