So after meeting Amanda from Real Mums at the Support for Mums Launch I was more eager than ever to attend the Mums Night Out she had been organising.
Unfortunately I wasn't the winner of tickets this time, but was very fortunate to have two tickets gifted to me, and am ever so grateful.
My lovely friend Kristina & I arrived at the venue ready to enjoy our night out.
It's not a regular occurrence when a Mum can get the night off & be spoiled by fun, dancing, games, food, drinks & prizes, with all money raised this year going to the wonderful organisation of Support for Mums.
I had one of the best nights I've had out in a long time, it was just Mum's letting their hair down, having a fun, care-free night amongst other women just like themselves. It was so much fun, and everyone enjoyed themselves. I am definitely putting my name down for next year!
There were mini massages by Emma - The Mummysuess
We had hula hoop competitions, there was a ballon popping frenzy to find winning raffles tickets to win awesome prizes. During the tough mother competition, we had to run bare foot over lego, pair matching socks, beat egg whites until they formed a stiff enough peak that the bowls could be turned upside down on our heads, and do push-ups. Then we had a competition to see who could blingle the fastest - I could not blingle intoxicated, under pressure & clueless as to how it all worked.

Lots of dancing, and loads of fun was had by a group of wonderful mums, out to have a good time.
This gorgeous lolly buffet was supplied by the lovely Karen from Classique Event
This was the awesome goodie bag that all the guests were given on arrival.
My favourite item in the goodie bag was the Lindt Chocolates, and I shared them around with my family - & I loved the mmm's that instantaneously proceeded the placing of chocolates in mouths.
My constellation prize
My children loved the blingles & what a great activity for a sleepover, they spent most of Saturday night blinging
It was a fantastic night, and I am so glad I was given the opportunity to attend the annual Mums Night Out.
